Super Recruit or the Total Recruitment Software is the tool that is focused on helping with the recruitment process.
Provides companies with a candidate database and also includes a recruitment management system that allows HR to manage their recruiting process online.

Project Overview
The platform contains 2 main objectives, one is to help companies to obtain candidates through a job posting or search for candidates from the database, and another part is to digitalize the recruitment process through the online management system.
Where in this project, I am responsible for developing the new recruitment management part: ie., the Home, Calendar, and the recruiting management journey.
Goals
Business Goal / Requirement
• To satisfy the need of the client, ie., to create the management system that allows each user to be able to custom their own recruiting process
• To digitalize the hiring process and management system.
• Create the feeling that by using Super Recruit is like having a personal assistant.
• To make Super Recruite the main platform for application management.
User Goals
• Want to keep track of their own performances in each stage of the recruitment process
• Want the journey of making appointments for interviews easier
• Want a reminder for the interviews or tasks to be complete.
• Also want to be able to import resumes from other sources to manage on this platform.
• Want to sync the recruitment calendar with their own devices.
Challenges
• One of the biggest challenges is how to totally understand the whole recruitment process and the user to be able to design this system.
• How to rearrange the possible action that can happen in every stage of the process
• How to develop the features that support all kinds of hiring processes whether the client is from an SME business or the big Corporate company
• How to design a product that is information oriented with hardly any visual elements.
Why Revision was needed?
After the beta version of the application management system (ก้างปลา) is launched in Nov 2021, we have always been looking for feedback and the problems encountered by the users. There were too many difficulties in using this system and are not suitable for many users' way of work.
Therefore, the features like Shortlisting the candidate, the making interview appointment feature, the Interview calendar, and the overall journey of this management system needed to be revised to give more flexibility to the users.
User Interview
I started by interviewing the actual user (the recruiter). I ask him about the detail of recruiting process of the company to find out what are the possible action that can happen in each stage, the way he uses each function on the platform, and also in any circumstances, the recruitment process did not go as plan. Moreover, the pain point or the problem he encountered from using the management tools

New Super Recruit Home page
• Revision of the new home page, we bring out the Management tools (My super Shortlisting) to the home page for more accessibility
• Added Interview calendar shortcut and reminder for the recruiter to check their events and to do list

New Interview calendar
• Display the candidate that has an interview each day with the reminder on the side
• Can easily change the interview date by just drag and drop
• Can also choose to filter according to each position or interviewing person

New Resume view
and action
• The new resume view is now more organized and friendly
• Can process the candidate further much easier using the action bar on top that will allow the recruiter to move the resume to each stage of the recruiting process much easier than the previous version
