Project Overview
A medical information service provider platform that provides a lifelong digital Medical Passport that will solve the problems of the tedious process every time the patients visit the hospital or purchase medical prescriptions. It shortens the process of filling out forms, questionnaires, and basic health information and provides a better on-site customer experience.
Moreover, it also provides advanced medical information about the patients like vaccines, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, operations, and medical records of the patients to help medical staff to provide the best in class treatment. It can be even more powerful in case of emergency and selecting health packages.

Existing studies show that :
• The number of patients that are admitted and stay in the hospital has a minor decrease in number and a major decrease for patients aged 65+
• Surprisingly, younger generation people are the most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic
• People from Gen X and below, more than 80% are willing to use telehealth service

To find out what I don’t know about the users and also what they think about healthcare services in general.
• Their demographic and some personal information.
• How comfortable are they with the technologies?
• Their experience with online and physical health Services. Are they comfortable with it?
• What situation they might use and not use online health services?

Key Takeaway
Visiting doctor in person:
• Make an appointment in advance or else have to wait a very long
• Many tedious processes and questioners before meeting the doctor
• More confident with the treatment because of facilities, options, and physical presence
• Time-consuming (at least 3 hours including traveling)
• Fear of going out (because of pandemic)
• Payment has a lot of process
• Get a medical prescription right away
Visiting doctor online:
• Book / online appointment is kinda easy
• Simple and convenient for minor illness
• Cannot be used to treat symptoms that need advanced medical tools and physical contact
• Less time-consuming don’t have to travel and can use it in any location

Problem Statement
Visiting doctor in person:
• Tedious process
• Having to fill out Forms and questioners regarding Drugs/food / chemical allergies, and basic health information every visit
• If the patients decide to change hospitals, they have to repeat the examination process and have to request the medical
Information from the previous hospital which takes at least 2-3 days to process, Medical records such as vaccines,
X-rays, MRIs, operations
• In case of emergency, where the patients must go to the nearest hospital, time and symptom identification matters.
How can the doctor identify the person's symptoms accurately with limited time without knowing the person
medical records.
Visiting doctor online :
• Purchasing medical prescriptions online requires giving basic health information and if you are purchasing it for someone else, how will you know what drug allergy they have?
• Limitations of online health services such as symptoms that require advanced tools for examination or advanced medical
Information, the person has to go to hospital to do all this. But what if the person already has records from other hospital? Will the person have to make a visit? Why can’t the information and records be transferred online?
