• To be a reliable source of information for job seekers and help in decision making before applying to the company
• To give a balance and a chance for a company to counter the reviews by doing corporate branding regarding the 4 aspects of Good life, Good Career, Good Pay, and Good Community.
• Opens opportunity for HR to receive feedback from their own employees and use these ideas as a direction for organizational development.
• To full fill the company business ecosystem, as this platform will also be connected to Job platform to provide reviews, the Resume platform so that the reviews are credible and true, and the Super Recruite so that recruiters can use this as a tool that helps in approaching candidates.
• Gain more traffic, reviews, and more numbers company to start making corporate branding.
